Bryndu Farm House was initially constructed in the 1800s as a shooting lodge for the Penoyre Estate on the outskirts of Brecon. Chris and Annabelle purchased the property in 2013 with the view to merge the original character of the building with modern living.
David Jones Building Contractors were awarded the contract to fully renovate the house and surrounding buildings, providing a crucial role in their long term vision of the property.

Project Requirements:
- Build an extension to the front of the property
- Construction of a sun room at the rear, positioned overlooking the Brecon Beacons
- Conversion of existing barns to a state of the art music studio
- Complete landscaping to provide a manageable, level garden area
